Prediction of water source and water volume of underground reservoir in coal mine under multiple aquifers

Abstract The role of coal mine underground reservoirs (CMUR) in ‘guide storage and use’ greatly solves the problem water waste. Replenishment prediction reservoir sources provide an important support for successful development key technologies concerning CMUR. To study replenishment CMUR, hydrogeological conditions Shendong mining area were investigated as example. Based on relationship between height ‘two belts’ shallow seams relative occurrence location aquifers, aquifers are generalized classified according to occurrences location. Taking Bulianta research background, a discrete element fluid–solid coupling numerical simulation model is constructed analyze characteristics mining-induced fractures after seam mining, channel CMUR determined. On this basis, analysis made change law pressure aquifer, aquifuge roof under action. hydraulic head velocity judgment evaluation capacity results can references safety production protection utilization.
